It's 2010, and in most of the country, it is legal to be fired for being Transgender, Lesbian, Bisexual or Gay!
Protect ALL LGBT workers and their families by helping to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), a federal bill that will ban job discrimination nationwide on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.
We have the votes in Congress, we have a president who will sign the bill… now we need to keep the momentum going strong!
These basic protections are long overdue. Join us to set the standard for fairness and equality in 2010 by working to mobilize supporters for this historic legislation.

Drop in anytime for coffee, snacks, conversation, or just to hang out someplace that isn't home. We'll discuss hot topics and LGBT history using current literature, movies and documentaries, and guest speakers. OutLoud is very informal and is perfect for those of you who aren't necessarily "group" people. Come as you are, stop in for a few minutes on your way by, or plan to hang out with us for the entire 3 hours. Contribute to the conversations, just sit and listen, or sneak in to snag a cup of coffee and a treat. Drop in and hang out on Saturday afternoons and be a part of the community.
